Feedback about your ride with Veezu

To send feedback to Veezu about your ride and our booking service, simply fill in our feedback form.

You can send feedback yourself or on behalf of someone else. If you are making a complaint on behalf of someone else, we need to know that you have their permission to do so. We cannot disclose any personal information without written consent or a power of attorney document. You will be required to provide proof of identity for both parties.

Feedback about your driver

All driver-partners with Veezu are self-employed and you may wish to send feedback directly to your local Licencing Department for incidents related to your driver.

When contacting your local authority, remember to include:

  • a photo/note of the driver number

  • the vehicle registration number

  • the license plate number

  • the date, time, and where the incident happened.
