Veezu, the UK’s fastest-growing private hire technology business, is proud to announce its partnership with NSPCC Cymru in support of Childhood Day 2025, the NSPCC’s flagship fundraising and awareness event.

Throughout June, for every journey booked via the Veezu app in Wales, a percentage of the revenue will be donated to NSPCC Cymru’s Childline service. This initiative aims to ensure that children and young people across Wales have access to vital support services when they need them most.

Childhood Day, observed annually in June, emphasises the importance of keeping children safe and giving them the chance to grow up happy and supported. Many children and young people turn to Childline when they have nowhere else to go - seeking help for challenges such as abuse, neglect, bullying, or mental health concerns.

Partnering with NSPCC Cymru for Childhood Day allows us to directly support a cause that aligns with our values. By donating a proportion of app booking revenue, we hope to help Childline be there for every child who needs someone to listen.”

This collaboration is part of Veezu’s ongoing ‘Funded by Veezu’ initiative, which supports local charities, sports teams, and community projects across the UK. The initiative reflects Veezu’s commitment to giving back to the communities it serves.
