Everyone knows that sinking feeling you get when you realise that you’ve left something important in the vehicle. At Veezu we empathise with this better than anyone, which is why we have introduced a lost property service so you and your belongings might be reunited.
Please note in some instances, you may have to collect your item from the local police station or the Veezu Hub. Also, in some instances the driver-partner may request payment to cover the costs of returning your item.
To report your lost item, simply complete and submit the lost property form in as much detail as possible, and one of our team will get back to you within 48 hours.
